PXM Holdings LLC ("we", "us") runs pxm-holdings.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit the Site or write to us.

In short

  • The Site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools.
  • The Site has no forms.
  • The Site loads no third-party resources. Fonts and all other files are served from the Site itself.
  • Our hosting provider may process standard server logs, including your IP address.
  • If you email us, we process your email as correspondence.

What we process and why

Server logs. The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you request a page, the hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user-agent string. This is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.

Email. If you email contact@pxm-holdings.com, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments. We use them to read and answer your message and keep a record of the correspondence. Our email is handled through Google Workspace.

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), we rely on our legitimate interest in running and securing the Site and in responding to enquiries.

What we do not do

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, analytics or advertising. We do not sell personal data. We do not make automated decisions about you.

Sharing

We share personal data only with the providers needed to run the Site and our email: Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Google (Google Workspace). We may disclose data where the law requires it. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

Retention

Server logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own retention practices. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and for our records, and then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email contact@pxm-holdings.com.

Children

The Site is not directed at anyone under 18.
